I Eat Locally was started with the frustration that gift-certificate companies outside of our community were earning money from local residents for doing what they do normally - dine out. The idea behind I Eat Locally is that if you are going to dine out you might as well get a discount and help support a community based initiative. I Get Local is based in Portsmouth, NH and currently only focuses on the greater seacoast area merchants. However, Boston is on our to-do list.
